The top is what gives a table its soul. At VitaDeco, every solid wood tabletop is chosen for its grain, its texture and its history, before any thought is given to the leg that will carry it. It's often the first choice to make, and the most personal.

Tabletops to suit every project

Four wood species make up our selection of solid wood tabletops: oak, for its fine grain and its versatility; acacia, known for its sturdiness and its warm tones; mango, for its exotic feel and pronounced contrasts; and reclaimed wood, for a piece steeped in history, different every time. As for shapes, you can choose between rectangular, square, oval or round tops, with straight or live edges depending on the look you're after. We also offer tops designed specifically for coffee tables, in the same wood species.

Rare pieces, for projects that break the mould

Some tabletops only come along once: a slice of walnut root, a cut of aged suar, a piece whose grain tells a story that can't be reproduced. These rare tabletops exist as one-off pieces, in limited quantities, reserved for projects looking for something genuinely different.
